knox's latests words...down, up, ride ride, 'Who-la(lola the cat), dawww-ruh (dog, ruff) & cheese (this one i automatically assumed food, but the other day he walked over, sat on the front porch & smiled while saying 'sheeeeeeesh!!'...this kid is way to used to a camera in his face!


while mia is more reserved with her feelings, the boys are both incredibly affectionate... i enjoy all the free kisses but i enjoy more when i see them handing them out to eachother...

back in september, mia ran her first 5k.. cristin was doing a fundraiser for her school so it was certainly a family affair...here's uncle chance & soon to be aunt nicole gearing up... i was so proud of her..i really thought she'd ask to stop & walk but sure enough she didn't walk a step of the 3.1 miles until she crossed the finish line..then it was onto 2 hrs of dance.. she was whipped
