BEACH!!
ok, we're still alive! we've been beyond busy but i have TONS of pix to post! since our last post, we've moved & i wish i could say settled in but out of the 4 weeks we've lived here, we've been out of town for 3 of them! so we're just getting back from destin yesterday & very excited to have a good 2 weeks to 'live' in our new place before we're off again!
we fiiiiinallly convinced mia to go near the ocean & once she got a taste of boogie boarding, she was hooked..
we spent our days with a couple hours on the beach & then up to the pool before naptime (which we allll crashed for) & early dinners (hello, early bird specials!)
our 1st year to take kiddos crab hunting..brix found one teensy little one our first nite out but we didn't have much luck after that..fortunatly everyone else was finding huge ones & donating them to our eager little hunter :)
down @ destin's harbor walk, they had tons of 4th of july activities for kiddos..here they are making flags before we watched the ww2 air show
while there, mia & cristin had their national dance comp..aka ..the big dawg..mia's 'yummy' dance swooped up 1st in the nation! & cristin's ten thousand dances (not really, but seems like it) won alot too :) not sure who's bright idea it was to give a group of lil girls pixie stix before going on stage but they were clearly lovin it...
maybe cristin's been dancin a little too much..no end in sight..she's off to UT to begin practicing..
JULY 4TH..
