here's one little lady who reaaaally loves her daddy..
little knox looking more & more like mia and growing way faster than i want..
aunt cristin came up for a couple days on her fall break. with her killer dance schedule, we take all the time we can get with her...went to the museum downtown and stayed waaay longer than we ever have. we were about to leave to go meet my dad and to our suprise he showed up at the museum. lucky for the kids because it bought them more time to explore but not so good for cristin & i bc we were starving!
congrats brian & keri! we love you guys! keri & i met when we first moved up here 3 years ago. her husband was dying of a brain tumor. he was a soldier who was fighting his hardest battle yet. keri came thru it as beautifully as you can, and brock & i got to watch as she falls in love with a country bumpkin like my own. not only do i consider keri a close friend but now we get to be neighbors with these crazy cats!
sweet braxton enjoying his one and only night with his goldfish (he named them 'letters' and 'brown') we dumped them out in the yard after we discovered they learned to float on their backs... :) i knew there was a reason i hadn't bought these before now...
ohh! i looooove fall! it reminds me of our wedding.... the trees are beautiful... the ground becomes a nature made playground of leaves.... i remember my mom staying up all nite sewing costumes, 'napping' on our trampoline with my brother, and, of course, our most recent tradition of going to the pumpkin patch...what a sneaky way God has of easing us into winter...
